I think osteoarthritis for b and d. I think it's so because the presence of an osteophyte in B and a damage of the cortical and subchondral bone in D, with small effusion.
What about C? How can I evaluate the bone deformity?
Femoral head score (fig 2) described the curvature of the visible part: – 0, round; – 1, slightly flattened (still visible curvature but with an abnormally large radius); – 2, very flattened (no visible curvature of the caput); – 3, no obvious contour (the femoral head cannot be defined for osteophytes/erosions).
Differentialdiagnose for d could be necrosis, osteoarthritis, arthritis, infection ...
